Payment

By placing an order through our site, you confirm that:

  1. You’re legally capable of entering into binding contracts; AND,
  2. You and the recipient (in case your purchase is a gift to someone) are at least 18 years old if purchasing any non-alcoholic products; AND,
  3. You are at 21 years of age if you reside in the United States if purchasing any alcohol products or of legal minimum age for purchasing alcohol in your country of residence if you reside outside of the United States.

When purchasing any product or service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to the purchase including, without limitation, your valid state identification card, your valid state drivers license, or your valid United States passport, your credit card information, your billing address, your shipping information, and delivery phone number. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right and authority to use any credit card, debit card, gift card, gift certificate or coupon code utilized in connection with any transaction.

US Sales Tax calculated during the checkout process is an estimation. The final amount of Sales Tax may differ, but the total amount you pay for your order will not be affected (applies to US customers only). The products are sold under the condition that they will at no point become the subject of duty or tax evasion. Ensuring that any relevant duties or local taxes have been paid remains the sole responsibility of the customer and we will not be liable for any actions undertaken without the appropriate duties having been paid subsequent to the sale.

Payment for all services and products may be made by credit or debit card and/or Paypal.

Delivery

A third-party carrier ships the items we send you.

We cannot accept any liability for delay or non-delivery in the following situations:

  • If the mailing address you provide is incorrect; and,
  • Any negligence on the part of the third-party carrier; and,
  • If the recipient is unable to provide proof that they are of legal age to accept the shipment or unable to sign for the package.

We also reserve the right to charge shipping costs to re-send the package. If you do not wish the goods to be re-sent we will, at our discretion, refund the value of the goods (except for the shipping costs).

If you refuse any shipments from Jarvis Street Bottle Shop or if the delivery is not successful after the final delivery attempt to the specified address, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges incurred, and the cost of returning the package back to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address and availability of the ordered items. A signature will be required for delivery.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses.

Returns/Refunds

We did our best in packaging your items for delivery to provide maximum protection for its contents. In the (rare) case of receiving damaged goods, please notify us immediately and we will consider how we can rectify the issue. We may ask you to provide a photo and/or written proof before offering any kind of refund or replacement. Notify us immediately also if any items you receive are incorrect or incomplete.

If we have to cancel your order for any reason prior to shipment, then a refund will be made to you. The payment that you made will be refunded as soon as possible via your original payment method, latest within 30 days from cancelation.

Non-refundable items: all unique pre-sales, special collaborations, and items of seasonal relevance unless stated otherwise
